    Q How do I register for and attend a webinar?

    Sign up on Zoom.

    Simply preregister for the webinar.

    Q Do I need to install a separate program?

    You can download the executable file for PC or mobile app on the official Zoom website.

    Q Can I download the recorded videos?

    We will provide further notice on the availability of recorded videos at a later date. For now, it is recommend that you attend webinars directly as recorded videos are often not available. If a webinar is going to be added to ilooda On-demand, we will send a notice via email and KakaoTalk once the seminar ends.

    Q Can I take screenshots or record a webinar video?

    Taking screenshots or recording a webinar video for the purpose of uploading to social media, sharing with others or broadcasting on a public channel or public place is strictly prohibited as this is a violation of copyright law.
